Life in Three Chapters

I have lead a good life. Lots of up, lots of downs. Still with out any hesitation I can say that I have lead a very fortunate, blessed life.  The thing is, as I look over my life I realize that each stage of my life has had some distinct differences. My life can be summed up into "Three Chapters".

CHAPTER 1:

1978, born into a hard working, farming, Christian family. I go to church every Sunday. Never miss Sunday School. An active GA and Acteen. Extrememly involved in the children's and later youth choir. As I went through all the right motions, one thing is strikingly missing...I have not made a PERSONAL DECISION to accept Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior! Going to church and praying before all your meals does not get you into heaven, nowhere close.

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God: He is faithful, keeping His covenant of love
to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep his commandments.
                                                                                                    -Deuteronomy 7:9

Chapter 2:
1992, I knew Jesus died on the cross, God is love, the B-I-B-L-E, and so forth, but was nothing without having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As my eigh grade year was coming to a close, I was in a constant struggle with my heart. I was suddenly aware that HE was missing.
