To all my friends, if you have known me more than 5 minutes, you are well aware that I am a hard core American Idol addict. While I love it so very much, I find it a bit frustrating. You see, Fox never can seem to decide when they are goign to air it on TV from week to week.The basic layout is Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Simple enough. Not really. Some nights it is 8:00-9:00, some nights it is 9:00-10:00, and some nights it is even 8:00-10:00. Last night it was more like 8:00-9:05. Then we are really thrown for a loop when they have an additional episode on Thursdays.
Tonight, we scurried to get the kids settled so we could watch it at 8:00. To our surprise, it won't be coming on until 9:00.
Quite frankly, I am not asking for a particular schedule. I am just asking Fox to pick one and stick to it. Another option would be to atleast advertise exactly when it will be coming on in an easy to access manner. Apparenty, there are other people online who have the same concern. While reading through other peoples discouraged pleas I stumbled across this. It is the schedule for the 1st 2 months. Good enough for me.
Fortunately, AI remains to be one of America's top rated shows and gets millions of votes each week. I will faithfully make myself available as much as motherly possible to Ryan, Simon, Randy, Ellen, and Kara each Tuesday adn Thursday from 8:00-10:00 just to be on the safe side.
Don't misunderstand me...I Still Love You American Idol!!
