The "Deal-Breaker"

Now that our house is under contract the new buyers and lender had the house inspected yesterday. Brian went to observe. When making small talk, the inspector introduced himself as "The Deal-Breaker". He said he often does not get work in this town because he is so strict that people fear they won't pass their inspections. Good thing I wasn't there for that conversation. I was worried enough as it was. Fortunately Brian came out of there with a good feeling.

We expected to hear/view the inspectors report today. Since it is 9:00 on a Friday night and still no word, looks like it will be Monday before we hear anything.

When talking to our realtor she brought up a good point. "God brought this deal together, so not even this guy can break it!"

Brian also met the buyer yesterday. Young newlywed couple just wanting to get a good start. Looks like this was just meant to be! Hope "The Deal-Breaker" was an exaggeration.
