We came to an agreement on the sale of our house last night and it is now UNDER CONTRACT! The buyers will be having a formal inspection of the house this Thursday. Surely there won't be too many unreasonable adjustments or repairs to make. The last step will be closing which is scheduled for February 26. This is bitter sweet, but it is inevitable that we can no longer stay in that house, so it is good to see it go smoothly. (If you call dragging it out this long smoothly.)
