Please Buy Me, Pretty Please!!

That may not be the most professional way to make a business transaction of this saize, but I am beyond being prefessional at this point. We moved out in June, spent a couple months trying to Sell By Owner, showed it quite a few times, but still no serious nibbles. We finally decided to use a realtor the beginning of December. We all know what came after that...Blizzard (atleast for NC). The weather has just cleared up enough to show it. We jsut lowered the price by $10,000 yesterday! That should get them nibbling.
