Turkey, gravy, potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce, am I behind? Sounds like a day in November. Wrong, today is January 17 and that was today's menu. What can I say, I had all the ingredients in the freezer, and I can rock a turkey. Sorry, but even Brian says my turkey is his favorite meal.
The real issue is, I needed cheering up, big time. I enjoy cooking, and I especially like doing nice things for my boys. Besides, with a meal like that you know what you get...leftovers! I made a Cherry Yum Yum yesterday, but we were too full to tackle that. Maybe tonight.
